Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bakery Basket, we aim to provide fresh and high-quality bakery products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order on https://bakerybasket.in

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
To cancel an order, please call us immediately on our registered mobile number.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product delivered
Order not delivered due to our fault
In such cases, customers must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with proper photo proof.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
Change of mind after order preparation
Minor design or decoration variations (as cakes are handmade products)

4. Payment Refund Mode
Online payments will be refunded to the original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
